The site was straightforward, and I got my order placed quicker than I expected. I did have to go back and double-check one page because I wasn’t sure if I’d picked the right option, but it wasn’t a big deal. Weirdly, I remember the checkout button being bright green for some reason, probably because I was staring at it while making sure everything was right

I was looking forward to this when it arrived, but that changed fast. The fruit was already super ripe and mushy, so there really wasn’t much left to enjoy. Kind of a letdown.

I ordered a couple of pineapples from Maui Pineapple Store, and they showed up smelling like they’d been picked recently. One was ready to cut around the next day and was really sweet and juicy. The other one seemed like it needed another day or two on the counter, give or take.
I’m going with 4 stars mostly because shipping took a little longer than I figured it would. Still, I was happy with the fruit overall, and it tasted a lot better than the pineapples I usually grab at the grocery store...

I ordered from mauipineapplestore.com and the box arrived looking beat up. Thankfully the pineapple itself was fine, but the packing inside seemed way too thin for something being shipped that far. It just felt like wasted energy stressing over whether it would be damaged when a little better padding could’ve avoided that. Not awful, but I expected it to be packed more securely.

The pineapple arrived in good shape and tasted fine, so no complaints there. It did come a day late though, and the tracking barely updated, which was a little annoying. To be fair, I probably should’ve ordered it earlier instead of waiting until the last minute like I always do.

The pineapple showed up fresh, smelled amazing right away, and tasted so much better than what I usually grab at the grocery store, like actually sweet and juicy instead of that hit-or-miss store fruit situation.

But then again, it’s coming from Hawaii, so I get it, and once it arrived I was less annoyed about it. I’d still call it a good value overall, especially as a gift or special treat, and I’d probably order again

I assumed this was going to have a stronger flavor based on how sweet it was, but it ended up being a little plain for me. It’s definitely sweet enough, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it works. I just expected a bit more flavor overall.

My pineapple showed up damaged, which was disappointing. But I reached out and they got back to me quickly. Sent a replacement right away. They even offered a refund if I preferred that. Super simple. No hassle at all.
